Established in 1974, Bailey Johns (PHL) Ltd looks to develop long term relationships with our customers.  It is our intention to:

 Provide the best quality of service to your heating equipment in the safest possible way.
Offer commercial and industrial RSO customers a 24 hour service with a same day response time.
Give a first class service at a reasonable cost in a clean and efficient way.
Carry out all work to the manufacturers requirements.

Answer all customers questions about our service procedures whilst on site in a courteous manner.
Be competitive with other companies carrying out the same quality of work.
Be favourably compared with other companies on a like for like basis.
Guarantee our workmanship for 12 months for service work.
Replace parts, failing under warranty, free of charge (we reserve the right to charge a fitting cost).
Guarantee new installations for a period of 2-3 years. (depending on system).
Train and maintain all our engineers up to the standards required by Gas Safe, OFTEC, IPAF, PASMA and HSE
Apply at all times the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Act 1998.
Apply at all times the standards set by OFTEC on all oil  fired equipment.
Always leave the customers site in a clean and tidy condition and clear away all our arisings.
